From Our Family to Yours
Las Delicias de la Negra opened its doors in 2021 with a simple promise: cook real Mexican food, the way it's made at home. No shortcuts — handmade tortillas, salsas ground fresh, and recipes passed around our own family table.
Today our little dining room on Arctic Avenue serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day. Regulars come for the chilaquiles in the morning, quesabirrias at night, and the warm welcome in between — our staff treats every guest like family, because that's what this place was built on.

Every morning our ovens fill the house with the smell of pan dulce — soft, golden Mexican bread baked right here, never delivered. It's the first thing out of the kitchen each day, and the reason breakfast smells the way it does.
